The Predigtstuhl (1618 m) cable car is the oldest operating cabins cable car in the world.
Leisurely walk from Prediktstuhl cable car mountain station to the refuge Schlegelmulde, the ultimate starting point for paragliders.
Hiking tip: Hall tower -> Stone Agnes -> Dreisessel mountain (1680 m) -> Karkopf (1738 m) -> Hochschlegel (1688 m) -> Schlegelmulden Alm -> Predigtstuhl cable car -> Bus Hallturm (pure hiking time 4 to 5 hours)
Hiking tip: Bad Reichenhall (Kirchberg) -> Stadtkanzel -> Bildstöckel chapel -> Spechtenalm -> Thürmereck -> Dötzenkopf (1001 m)

Sebastian quarter

In the Sebastian quarter of spa town Bad Reichenhall you can still see the medieval defensive wall from the 13th century and the old house facades typical of Bad Reichenhall. The Florianiplatz with its imposing statue is one of the oldest parts of the city. Here cozy restaurants invite you to linger. The restored Peter and Paulturm is one of the formerly 14 defense towers.
