Annapurna Trekking

Easy Schnupper-Trekking in the mountains of Annapurna range in elevation of 1000 to 2000 m. The trails mainly consist of natural stone steps. The comfortable day trips take between 3 and 5 hours walking time. The route leads along paddy terraces, scenic villages, through subtropic mountain forest. On the bark of old giant trees often grow orchids. Often we discover spectacular lookouts to Annapurna south (7219 m) and Machapuchare (6993 m).
Dhaulagiri (8167 m) and Annapurna I (8091 m) are located far behind and con only be seen on very good weather conditions. Who wants to see all 8000 mountains of the Annapurna range from closeup must trek the whole two week Annapurna circling or fly to Jomsom and start the trekking there.
